Unlock Samsung SGH-X427

Unlocking a Samsung SGH-X427 is a relatively easy process. In fact, I recently found a post that shows how to unlock the Samsung X427 completely free. Many unlock instructions require you to use an unlock code. The X427 however can be unlocked without one, hence why it is completely free to do.

You can also find my detailed guide on how to unlock this Samsung phone as well as many others here. Furthermore, if you have a different model Samsung phone that needs an unlock code, this article has unlock codes for over 22 different Samsung cell phones.
Here are the steps to unlock your SIM based or GSM Samsung X427 mobile phone:
Warning: Retrying this process after it doesn’t work the first 3 times could result in damage to your Samsung phone!

1. Reboot your mobile phone with a SIM card from another carrier
2. At the warning message, type *#9998*3323#. A message will pop up telling you to press exit. Then hit number 7 and your phone will reboot automatically.
3. Now type *0141# and hit the send button.
4. Reboot the phone with your original SIM card.
5. At the message, type 8 zeros (00000000) and your done!

Free Samsung Unlock Codes for 22 Models

Free Samsung unlock codes for a specific phone model are hard to find as I found out.

Therefore, I decided to write this unlock guide that has the unlock codes for 22 different Samsung phone models. If you need the steps on how to unlock a Samsung mobile phone, then check out my previous phone guide.

Additionally, if your Samsung cell phone is not in this list, then you should first try and call your phone carrier requesting a free unlock code. In exchange for your Samsung unlock code, they will need your mobile’s IMEI number which you can get simply by typing *#06# and hitting your send or enter button. If your phone carrier will not give you an unlock code, then finally you may end up having to pay for one. In this case I would recommend checking out the how to get an unlock code section beneath this article.

Remember when you are entering these unlock codes you only have four chances, otherwise your phone could permanently lock. Alright, here is the list:
